Do you create custom gift sets or wedding favours?
Yes, we sure do. We have a Customise Your Candle section in our shop. Otherwise, if you require a bespoke order, e.g. wedding favours, then please send us an email to the address below to discuss your requirements further.

Are they vegan friendly and cruelty free?
Yes, you bet! We use natural soy wax for our candle products. We are strongly against animal cruelty. None of our products are tested on animals.
How do I care for my candle?
We have included a candle care section below. You will also receive a card with your order detailing how to care for your candle.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We are super transparent about how our candles are made and packaged. We use 100% natural soy wax, with zero additives. We use high quality eco wicks. Our glass candle containers are recyclable via our recycling scheme, or they could be repurposed at home to grow flowers or perhaps be refashioned as a pen holder. Our packaging supplies use recycled materials which are fully compostable. The only plastic material we use is adhesive on wick stickers, although we are actively trying to find a greener alternative to this.
Candle Care Guide
For maximum burn time of your HollyStar Candle, burn your candle until the wax is evenly melted all the way across before blowing it out.
Trim the end of your wick before relighting your candle.​
Ideally, candles should be burnt for no longer than 4 hours at a time.
Discontinue use when ¼’’ of wax remains.

Safety First:
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles away from pets & children.
For an even burn, keep out of direct air flow or drafts.
Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
Place on temperature safe surface to avoid heat damage.
Do not use water or any other liquid to extinguish your candle.
